Meet Dr Tim Naugle
I have been motivated to help others all of my life. This passion initially lead me to becoming a certified personal trainer. I enjoyed helping others reach their goals and improve their health and lives. In fact, I enjoyed it so much I decided to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
These past experiences and my own passion for health and fitness have lead to the creation of Health TYME. With my background as a personal trainer, licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Health Coach, and Certified Nutrition Coach, I can truly change lives.
The motto of Health TYME is “Transform Your Mind and Elevate Your Health.” My goal is to teach you how to change your life and reach your health goals. Let me help you to transform your mind, and you can truly change your life.

Tim integrates a variety of tools into his coaching, including tracking apps and easy-to-read informational modules, but what I like most about working with him is his advice, his ability to listen, and the way he helps me set reasonable, achievable goals so that I'm building on my accomplishments week after week. He doesn't pressure me and he isn't a salesman--instead, I feel like he's someone truly invested in how I'm doing and in how he can help me make progress in reaching the objectives I set for myself. He's shown me how to make incremental changes in the way I approach eating and exercise, and in less than 2 months I'm already seeing a noticeable difference in my weight and my overall frame of mind. I feel much more optimistic about making long-term, lasting changes since I began working with him.
I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I have tried every diet out there that promised fast and easy results. Some worked and I lost weight...only to regain it +10-20# every.single.time. Until I joined forces with Tim Naugle. He has helped me change my mindset, cultivate good habits and, above all, DON’T GIVE UP! I have tried so many things and stick with it for a month, but, when I don’t lose weight, I give up. Tim has taught me about Metabolic Syndrome. I wasn’t eating ENOUGH!!! Who knew!?!? My body was in “starvation mode” and hanging onto every bit that I ate for fear of starving. 😳 With Tim’s patient guidance, I am gaining strength and endurance and my weight is, steadily, decreasing.
