Bench Press - Front

You will recieve 3 video files and 2 PNG image files. Two files will be in the most common MPEG-4 format that can be used in every editing software. You will recieve an MPEG-4 file with a white background and another file with a black background. You will also recieve the video in a Pro Res format. This file will have a transparent background that will allow you to place any background behend the video. The Pro Res format will not be compatible with all video editing software. However, most high end editors such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premere do support Pro Res.  In addition to the video files, you will recieve 2 png images with a transparent background illustrating the beginning and end position for the exercise.
