You will complete a weekly diet log via Myfitnesspal that will receive each day. We will then discuss strategies to help fill in the missing gaps in your diet.
4 Transformational Modules
You will receive 4 of my most beneficial weekly transformational modules. These modules will guide you through setting, creating healthy habits and a healthy mindset and environment. Each module will include include questions to help apply the material to your life situations.
Controlling Your Environment
You will be asked to complete an accountability tracker each day using the Just Coach mobile app. I will view your input each day and will offer a gentle nudge or brief feedback by the each day.
You have access to in app messaging in case you need some occasional advice.
Additional Support If Needed
If you experience any unexpected challenges or set-backs, you can always schedule a formal Coach Talk if needed for a small fee.
